Welcome to Sanura Dance, a dance company based in London. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.

To participate in our classes or events, you must register and pay in advance. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Payment must be made in full before the start of the class or event.

If you need to cancel your registration, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds are only available if you cancel more than 48 hours before the start of the class or event. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the class or event.

In the event that we need to cancel a class or event, we will provide a full refund to all registered participants.

Sanura Dance is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during our classes or events. By participating in our classes or events, you agree to assume all risk and liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.

We expect all participants in our classes or events to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class or event without a refund.

All intellectual property, including but not limited to choreography, music, and images, used in our classes or events is the property of Sanura Dance or its respective owners. No part of our classes or events may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written consent.

Sanura Dance reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use our services after any changes to these Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
