Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to reconsider your participation in our events. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of event or package you've purchased:
1. 4-Week Workshops (8 hours)
Full Refund: Within 48 hours of purchase and at least 48 hours before the event starts.
90% Refund: More than two weeks before the event start date.
50% Refund: Between one and two weeks before the event start date.
No Refund: Less than one week before the event start date.
2. Bundle Packages (16 hours)
Refunds for bundle packages are calculated based on the timing of the request and the value of the unused portion of the package.
The refund amount will be the difference between the total bundle price and the price of a standard 4-week workshop ticket.
Refund percentages follow the same timeline as 4-Week Workshops.
Example: If you request a refund for a bundle package two weeks before the start of the first workshop, you'll receive 90% of the difference between the bundle price and a standard 4-week workshop ticket.
3. Social Events
No Refund: There are no refunds for big social events once a ticket has been purchased.
Reason: Due to the nature of these events and the commitments we make based on ticket sales, we cannot offer refunds for social events.
4. Drop-in Classes
Due to the nature of drop-in classes, no refunds are provided once the class has been booked.
Reason: Drop-in classes are designed for flexibility and immediate participation. To maintain fair access for all, we cannot offer refunds for these classes.
5. General Terms
Transfer of Registration (Workshops Only):
Participants may transfer their registration to another individual for workshops only.
Must be communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance.
Subject to approval.
Payment Processing Fees:
Non-refundable in all cases.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Event Cancellation by Sanura Dance:
Full refund of the registration fee will be provided if Sanura Dance Organisation cancels an event.
We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred by participants (e.g., travel, accommodation).
Free Tickets:
Free tickets for low-income individuals are non-refundable and non-transferable.
COVID-19 Considerations:
If unable to attend due to COVID-19 related reasons, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include transferring your registration to a future event or providing a credit.
