Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our workshops and events.
No prior dance experience is required, but a passion for learning and an open-minded, inclusive attitude are encouraged.
Registration and Payment:
To secure a spot, participants must complete the registration process and make full payment as specified.
Payment is non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in the refund policy.
We believe everyone should have access to our events, regardless of financial constraints. Therefore, we offer a limited number of free tickets for individuals with low income. Please reach out to us directly to request a free ticket. Additionally, we kindly ask that recipients of free tickets commit to attending all sessions to ensure fairness and maximize the opportunity for others in need. By accepting a free ticket, you agree to attend all sessions unless circumstances prevent your attendance. Please consider the impact on others before requesting a free ticket, as availability is limited.

Workshop Schedule:
Our standard workshops consist of 8 hours of instruction over 4 weeks.
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Code of Conduct:
Respect and inclusivity are fundamental values of our events. Participants must treat instructors and fellow participants with kindness and consideration.
Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
Content Creation, Photography, and Live Streaming:
Content Creation: Sanura Dance Organisation creates content during events for public diffusion on our social media platforms and other marketing channels.
Live Streaming and Recording: Parts of our events may be live-streamed or recorded. While we make reasonable efforts to respect individual privacy preferences, attendees may be identifiable in group settings.
Portrait Photography: Individual portrait photos will only be taken with explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time during the event.
Identification System: Attendees who prefer not to be prominently featured in our content will receive a discreet identifier upon arrival (if necessary).
Reasonable Efforts: We will make every effort to respect privacy preferences but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all imagery, particularly in group shots or background appearances.
Content Usage and Retention: Created content will be used for promotional purposes and may be retained for up to 5 years.
Right to Object: Participants have the right to object to the processing of their personal data (including photographs) at any time by contacting info@sanuradance.com.
Third-Party Content: While we control our official content creation, we cannot regulate the actions of other attendees regarding personal photography or social media sharing.
Intellectual Property:
All content created by Sanura Dance Organisation during our events, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and instructional material, remains the sole property of Sanura Dance Organisation.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Sanura Dance Organisation.
Personal Belongings:
Sanura Dance Organisation and its instructors are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.
Health and Safety:
Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during our events.
Please inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect participation.
Sanura Dance Organisation is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. While we strive to make our space a Safe Space and will take all reasonable measures within our power to ensure this, we cannot guarantee absolute safety or control the actions of all individuals. We encourage all participants to contribute to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and welcoming atmosphere. If you experience or witness any concerning behavior, please report it to our staff immediately, and we will address the situation promptly and sensitively.
Changes and Cancellations:
Sanura Dance Organisation reserves the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, including instructors and locations, as necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
In the event of workshop cancellation by Sanura Dance Organisation, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the workshop registration fee.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions or participation in our events, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation.
Any mediation or arbitration will take place in London, UK, and be conducted in English.

By registering for any Sanura Dance Organisation event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
Sanura Dance Organisation reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions as needed and will notify participants of any such changes.
